Private Yoga Sessions (In-person or over Zoom)
Yoga is a centuries old practice combining body, mind and breath. I began practicing yoga in 2010 to recover lost muscle mass and gain strength, but found that yoga provided so much more than physical recovery. I found a sense of peace, a feeling of being restored, felt calmer and more confident. A yoga practice will not only help relieve physical ailments; it will also help with feelings of stress, anxiety, focus, balance and much more. I became certified in 2017 in Hatha Yoga and have continued learning adding Trauma Informed Yoga, Gentle Yoga and Yoga Nidra to my practice.
Individual Private yoga sessions are $75. If booking more than 3 sessions, the fee is $65 per session.
*Group Sessions – Private, Schools, Corporate, Events – Pricing varies with group size.
